Probably because of extremely bad knowledge of Italian language, now we are in a sort of confusing: what to do furtherly in the framework of our tribunal campaign?
Did the work of the Sixth Commission finished on Friday, November 4, or not? If not, till which date it will continue? If yes, means it, that it finished without interventions of CIS and Baltic countries, apart of Belarus and - wonderful surprise! - Georgia? And what means in Fillipo's reports about position country by country the words "and possible Russia"? Did Russians spoke already or not?
What concretely we have now to strive for?
As far as we understand there are two draft resolutions for UNGA: prepared by USA and Canada/Australia respectively. By this way, it is already not on the agenda to convene Tribunal conference in 1995, but only in 1996 in the best case? Should we appeal to CIS foreign ministers in order to press them to support the Canadian one (for 1996)?
Please let us know (and, if you give some suggestions, it could be great) what is considered to be done now here in CIS on our front?
We will be thankful for any information, advise or suggestion.
