As far as I know, Russian is the official language of the UN, and computer there is something like table or chair. That's why, maybe it isn't of a good sense to try sending a sheet of paper over the ocean, and then to input this unrecognizable text in Moscow. Obviously, it could be better to find the disk with this so called text and send it to the AGORA' conference as a normal file (just don't try to understand it, but add the first line - "@language Russian"), OK???
Sure, use this way if it's impossible, because inputting fax in Moscow is better than paying for translation.
