Unfortunately, in Ukraine we have no such interesting and popular newspaper like "Izvestija" or "Segodnja". However, at least two of them are read by more then a few hundred thousand citizens. For example, "Kievskie Vedomosty" is the most popular newspaper in our capital. And many of Kiev's inhabitants (there are about 3.000.000) like this newspaper.Anyway, to inform the capital of Ukraine, I'd propose to buy some space exactly in this printed issue. 1/2 page there costs about 1.000 USD.
Maybe it's enough for buying space in Ukrainian mass-media. For others, we can produce a press-release and suggest to publish it. Moreover, we'll try to contact clever journalists and convince them to publish our information. And as for me, this could be success with minimal expenses.
Also, we have possibility to make half-hour program on commercial Megapol TV. We can invite several popular deputies, VIP's (maybe Antonio, if he can come), and so on. Then, we'll discuss ICC, Tribunal on Ex-Yugoslavia, bla-bla-bla ... For us, this program could cost just 200 USD. I think, it's very important. What about You????
