Of course, I am not at all a responsible for spending money of Italian people collected during the "New York, New York" operation. But nevertheless I consider Sasha's proposal in correct because of several reasons:

1) In the framework of our ICC campaign we menaged to gain good results also in Ukraine (many deputies, among them commander of Ukrainian Navy Boris Kozhin, who is near to join RP, by the way).

2) Ukraine is a 60-million European country.

3) Exactly Ukraine - the only from CIS - spoke out in favour of American position, and it seems important now to inform Ukrainian citizen about their government's position.

4) Although "Izvestija" theoretically is possible to buy in Ukraine, practically it is not available for Ukrainians, at least several times less than the same "Kievskie Vedomosti" which Sasha speaks about.

5) The cost of such an AD in Kiev is relatively low even in comparison with Russia (only $ 2,000 for page, as you can see in Sasha's message).
