ADVERTISING ON UKRAINIAN NEWSPAPER

I support the proposal by Sasha Kostricki about advertising on the Kiev main newspaper. Nevertheless, we need the opinion of Emma and possibly of the friends of the Secretariat that are working for the "New York New York Operation".

So, this State supported our position on death penalty in the United Nations. It's exactly what we had been working for. It's a very good sign from the little known ex-Soviet Central Asia, where the party this year did'nt invest any coin but the cost of a few telephone calls, faxes and letters from the Moscow office.
