Reading messages on sums of money that we are able to spend for AD, I find that 200 USD is a surprisingly small sum. So, I would like to turn your attention to TV (especially Antonio and Nikolai, who could take part in TV discussion). Can we use the possibility of TV advertising for about 200 USD for about half of hour TV program? If yes, then how must we do that? Please, let's make a decision before we lost that CHANCE!

On FEES in Ukraine for 1995

I like Nikolai's proposal to organize MINIMAL and RECOMMENDED fees very much. Unfortunately, I couldn't find official statistic information for Ukraine, because Kuchma's Cabinet decided to change it's financial policy and will try the scheme of shock therapy. But, if we'll regard scheme of WASHING MACHINE-COFFEE-NEWSPAPERS, I would like now (maybe temporarily, till I'll receive official information) to propose minimal fee 4-5 USD and recommended fee about 15 USD for Ukraine.
