Dear friends,

after such a big discussion, with a lot of different opinions about what to publish and where, whether to organize a delegation to New York or not, when our advertisement should be published and so on, I would like to know clearly which is the final decision about the following points:

- Should our advertisement on the "Izvestia" appear on November, 29?

- Should the party organize a delegation to New York, as Sergio D'Elia suggests, or not - as Emma seems to think? If yes, for which date exactly? And, in this case, should we invite Mr. Pristavkin? Please, be aware that to provide him of the necessary ticket and especially visa for the United States can take a lot of time.

- Should we try to translate into Ukrainian and then publish on the "Kievski Vedomost" our advertisement? If yes - as it seems it should be -, should we try to obtain also this publication on November, 29?

Probably each of you readers has very clear ideas about all these questions, but please note that sometimes in this Conference there are many controversial opinions even about the apparently most simple issues: so, better to clearify once more and definitively.
