2.I know very well that we don't have money, but, however, I think that it is possibile to do something usefull in "militant" way. Especially friends from ex-USSR who always collect a lot of signatures everywhere, in a case if they are interesting they can surely get back again some relevant resultates.

3.Because of this I put also In CONF. Radical Party the text in english, inviting all the people who is intersting to take it, eventually to translate it and to start to collect signatures. ...

4.The signatures can be sent by fax to the office in Zagreb or, if they are important, by Agora to me.
