The last conditions read as follows:

- prise for one page RUR 45,000,000 if payment will be done in roubles from a Russian bank or even by cash; or USD 14,000 if payment will be done from Rome bank; half page RUR 19,680,000 or USD 7,000 respectively;

- date of publication Wednesday, November 30;

- place of publication - 6th page.

The time DEADLINE to fax payment confirmation (and also bring materials) - NOVEMBER 25, MORNING.

It seams that this is really last prise. We can agree. Or we can publish it in another newspaper. But:

- 2 pages in Moscow News (format A3) will cost $ 10,000 with the circulation (at least, that one reported officially) of is 200,000 of copies;

- 1 page in Segodnja (A2) cost about $ 6,000, but the officially given circulation of 100,000 in reality is at least two times less, they distribute only in Moscow, therefore there is absolutely no advertising except ad of "Most Bank" - the owner of the paper.

Please inform me as soon as possible about the decision taken on this question. I need also the number of our bank account, or a fax with request to publish our ad and giving number of our bank account.
