FEES 1995: WHAT HAPPEND WITH EX-USSR DATA???!!!

I was simly shocked after reading the latest list of fees written hereby by Luiggi (text 1034). I have even no words, trying to describe what I have seen in the part concerning ex-USSR.

I thought, it means something, if it was earlier proposed in this conference that fees for Armenia, Georgia and Azerbaijan should be 1 USD and everybody here in the conference was agree with it. I supposed, it was accepted the proposal of Luiggi to preserve for the next year the 1994 fees for countries where we can't obtain more precise information. And what's then???

Only for Russia we see the real discussed and agreed fee - 8 USD. For Armenia and Georgia, where the medium income is about 1 USD per months for a person, we see fee established as 6 USD!!!!!!!!! Is it a sort of joke? Or it is a sort of insult against the common sense, if not against people, discussing here earlier up and down and spending time for writing in this conference???

How is possible, that Belorussia, which lives even worse than Ukraine, without speaking about Russia, has fee 10 USD - more than Russia??? How is possible that Kazakhstan, which is two-three times more poor than Russia, and moreover - Turkmenistan, which we can compare with Armenia or Georgia, have 10 USD fee, while Russia only $ 8???? It's the bigest mistery of the century, a sort of miracle...

How is possible that for the same Ukraine where Kostritskij proposed here in the conference some weeks ago the fee 4-5 USD, got finally 6 USD (but it is nothing in comparison with other cases...)?

I can't say nothing about Baltic states, I can't imagine nothing, ask Antonio. Probably, the figures concerning them are more or less correct. But about others... I have no words.

Tomorrow morning, in some hours, our ad in Izvestia will be published. In fact, it is already published, the circulation is already printed. I must inform you, that three days ago, when we finish preparation the materials for it, we faced with necessety to determine there the amount of fees. It will be written (it is written) there following fees: Russia $8, Ukraine $4, Armenia, Georgia and Azerbaijan $1, other CIS countries (it means: Moldova, Belorussia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kirgizstan, Turkmenistan) - $3.

I hope it is not too late to correct all what I have described hereby.

(Apart of this I consider absolutely incorrect to write Baltic states in the same division as former USSR countries...)
