I don't think that the membership fees included in the last text by Luigi Cimino are a joke, and I am not shocked about them. Nevertheless, I fully agree with the proposal by Nikolay Khramov about membership fees for CIS countries and for Baltic States - and I would like to support once more also the idea of completely separating, in our lists, these two groups of countries: we shall not, for instance, mention Belgium or France as "ex Third Reich".Moreover, I would repeat my proposal of setting a voluntary fee for Tibet; and let me please add also Kurdistan. Both countries are military occupied, and their autochtonous populations are facing the genocide.
