I wouldn't like to insult somebody by my yestarday's message in this conference. I just was really shocked, also because in the first reading I mistakenly understood that these fees are already last decision (again the same problem of language...).

I apoligize decisively and officially :-) for the tone of my message yesterday - in front of everybody who's reading this conference, especially in front of Luiggi, Luca and other friends involved into the process of membership fee's establishment.

I hope, anybody will not be angry more for my yesterdays too expressive message.
