Following is the short abstract of the reunion of Moscow staff taken place at 12 in the office.

I. Moratory.

The aim: to send faxes to the UN missions of Kazakhstan, Moldova, Tadjikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan.

The way to act:

a) to call Aitbaj Konysbaev (Almaty, KA), Petru Munteanu (Chisinau, MLD), Marat Zakhidov (Tashkent, UZ), give them text of fax and NY fax numbers, asking them to collect at least cupple of MP's signatures and send faxes to NY (copy - to us);

b) send faxes from Moscow office, signed at least by Mamuka and Khramov to the UN missions of Tadjikistan and Turkmenistan;

c) attempt to meet with the ambassadors of the above mentioned countries in Moscow during the next week (if we'll menage).

II. Aids.

1. The open letter of international scientists together with short personalized enclosed message should be printed and prepared for every FC member within Saturday - Sunday, should be delivered to FC on Monday.

2. The attempt of meeting with Mr. Jurij Algunov, director of FC press center - on Monday.

Responsible: Nikolaj Khramov.

3. Faxing of press release to be finished within Saturday.

Responsible: Nikolaj Khramov.

4. Calls to activists and 1994 members for demonstration on Tuesday, December 6 - to be completed within Sunday.

Responsible: Marika Chichinadze.

5. Painting of slogans - all together on Sunday.

6. Translation into Russian of WORLDWIDE INSTITUTIONAL CAMPAIGN ON AIDS by Filippo di Robilant - to be completed till the end of Monday.

III. Membership campaign.

1. To precise the preventive budget of the campaign, to compare with the adopted budget for November - December and to make derivations, taking in consideration following activities:

a) mailing to 1994 and 1993 members;

b) mailing to MP, enroled in previous years;

c) mailing to MP and VIPs who signed a petition;

d) calls to members 1994 of Moscow, Kiev, Saint Petersburg, Baku, Tbilisi, Erevan, Vilnius made from respective offices, as well as Minsk and Chisinau made by Koptel and Munteanu respectively.

IV. Sarajevo

(after the finishing of current stage of Aids initiative, end of next week)

1. Mailing to the "punti di riferimento" with formular for collecting signatures, asking them not to mail, but to fax the collected signatures (since the Christmas post casino).

2. Sending faxes to Russian mayors, governors, MPs asking to sign the Appeal.

Responsible: Khramov.

3. Mobilizing our staff and activists in Kiev, Baku, Tbilisi, Almaty, Erevan (?), Vilnius, Tashkent to collect signatures (first of all, MPs and VIPs) under Apeeal - however without any centralized mailings to that destinations.

Responsible: Mamuka Tsagareli.

4. Meeting with Vlastimir Mejovic, Moscow correspondent of Oslobodjenje and press attache of Bosnian embassy in Moscow - when??? who??? to precise.

5. Try to organize one-day street action to collect signatures (possible sinchroniously with other cities - Kiev? SPb? Minsk? Europe?) - appr. second part of December.

It was decided also, that preliminary day fixed for the reunion of Moscow activists and members of General Council in the office should be scheduled on Saturday, December 10.
