As you can already know, after reading texts 4783 and 4784 in Conference Radical Party, yesterday, at last minute, we have abolished today's demonstration near Federation Council, since it was declared on yesterday's press conference of Shumejko, that Aids Bill will not be examined by Federation Council. Occasionally they understood (also in the last minute) that it will be out of Constitution, which gives only 14 days to FC for passing decision on a drafat law passed by Duma!!! You can imagine the level of legal mentality even in the highest spheres in our country...

Anyway, even in spite of the second press release (about abolishing demo) urgently issued yesterday, the cameramen from ABS and 2x2, as well as reporter from Rossijskaja Gazeta came to the FC to have a look at our action. I meet them there and as a sort of revenge gave them Fillipo's WORLDWIDE INSTITUTIONAL CAMPAIGN AGAINST AIDS in Russian, They were quiet satisfied.

Among activists only poor Vasilij Bank became a victim, coming to the FC, since he wasn't reached at second time by Marika (Mamuka's wife and "nostra centralinista speciale" for this action).

Radio Eho Moskvy told all the morning, that Radical Party demonstrates today in front of Federation Council against HIV testing of foreigners. Not so bad, even if we didn't in fact...
