Having been in Siracusa from Sunday to today, in order to take part in the international conference on criminal justice, I read only now all the news concerning the notorious Bill.besides from expressing satisfaction for the decisions taken, i wish to underline to Nikolay that the document A WORLDWIDE CAMPAIGN ON AIDS AND OTHER PANDEMICS was drafted back in february 1993 and therefore needs to be up-dated. I shall do so in the next days and post it in this conference.
