I would like to inform you about AD in Kiev.

I have dared to make not one ENORMOUS publication (like NYT or "Izvestia"), but two smaller ones, the more so it costs the same.

Namely, we'll issue our AD in the same newspaper twice (one after another), and:

-- in the first publication we inform readers well about Radical party and suggest to be enlisted, and publish enlistment coupon;

-- in the second one we inform readers about initiative of International Criminal court, suggest to be enlisted, and publish enlistment coupon THE SECOND TIME.

First publication will be issued on Thursday, December 15, the second one to be published on Saturday, December 17.

You may be against it, but I think that it is not expedient to bombard readers with enormous amount of information. It will be nore useful to inform readers about RP and initiatives in general (1st publication), and then, after such a preparation, to inform them in more concrete manner about the Tribunal. Note, that we will print the coupon TWICE, so more people will get it.

So, I think it is more expedient and rational way.
