Of course also I will be there, but I think there is no reason to interview me on AIDS or drugs in Ukraine, if we have Ivasjuk. The only problem for him is language. It is better if it will be possible to provide possibility to speak in Russian. Otherwise he can of course speak English, but he told, it will be much worse...

About the International Conference on AIDS January 24-26 in Kiev (not the antiprohibitionist conference in February), it could be good if the organizers (Ivasjuk and his Committee) could invite also some Western European (Italian?) participants from the respective institutions, the only problem for Ivasjuk, however, that he doesn't know, whom concretely. Can we help him?

On Saturday we apparently have a lunch with Sergij Golovatyj, deputy chairman of foreign affairs committee of the parliament and president of Ukrainian Legal Foundation, who is drafting now the new Ukrainian criminal code (not that critisized one with enlarged sphere of capital punishment implementation, but exactly the opposit one). I think it will be possible to understand what for a space for our political initiative in this field we have and - I hope, I would like - to renew his membership in the RP (he was member in 1992 and even participated in the last RP congress). Anyway, we'll see...
