Sergei Kovalev declared yesterday from Grozny, that crisis in Chechnya is not more internal affair of Russia because a lot of victims among civilians and he addressed to UN to send observers and to take ? the situation under control.

Russia closed its borders with "southern neighbours" - Georgia and Azerbaijan in order to prevent attempts of extremists (it seems, like Nikolaj) to go to Chechnya through these states.

2. Language.

I think, more or less, now is clear, what we ask to do. So, I think, if is possible, somebody will do it, if not - not.

3. I think, the text of Nikolaj is good. About his staying in Grozny... I don't know, it's too danger. The more so the operation in Chechnya is directed by General Achirov. This person organized storm of Sukhumi and I know very well how he does it...

4. Dear Luca, please, could you put some words in english about draft of General council's budget?

As you can imagine, our General Councilers started to call to Moscow office, thinking, that very soon will take a place Congress and/or General Council session...
