Julij Rybakov is now exactly between Nazran and Grozny. When he will be back to Moscow - it is unknown now. I spoke with his wife Katja Molostvova (she is also daughter of another MP from "Kovalev's group" - Mihail Molostvov). She told she will inform Rybakov about our invitation when he will call from Nazran - apparently tomorrow. He does not have any phone number there...
