The problem is that people in CIS just now receive Transnational with information about Congress, that issue which was sent from Moscow to Russian addresses on January 26 and from Kiev to Ukrainian and other CIS addresses cupple of days earlier. Of course, in some sence it is our guilt, that we menaged to send it so late (it was among other problems, also problem of money). Then, the speed of postal delivery is another problem. Anyway, Radical members became to be informed about the Congress only now. Some of them, without any doubt, would like to go to participate for their own cost. They begin already to call Moscow office.

We cannot say "too late, sorry" to a person who took just today the Transnational from his/her mailbox and immediately called Moscow office (as it is recommended there).

Thus the problem is quite serious, and we have to realize what to do.
