I spoke now with Lidia Semina, assistant of Sergej Kovalev. Kovalev's timetable reads as follows:
- now he is in Geneve on the UN human rights commission session, he will stay there till February 12, with some jerks to Bonn and Paris;
- on February 12 he'll return to Moscow to leave for Chechnya;
- since February 25 till March 10 he must be again in Geneve, already without possibility to leave the place.
His telephone is Geneve is +41-22-7348014 (it is hotel reception, one must order Mr. Kovalev's room). His fax number in Geneve I can find out only on Monday.
As one can see, there is some very small possibility to get Kovalev on the Congress on February 24, with guarantee that next morning he will be in Geneve.
Who will contact him in Geneve in order to try to convince to arrive for one day to our congress? Maybe better from Rome, maybe Antonio?
