I fully agree with Antonio about necessity to organize meetings and reunions in different cities of Russia, other States of CIS and Baltic States.

I think, is better to operate in this way, then to collect our old friends in Moscow, paying a lot of money, and loosing possibility to find new people, new members. Anyway, we'll see majority of them in the congress.

We could devide ourself and time before Congress (better to say - easter) for this work.

I think, we should organize open assemblies in Moscow, St.Petersburg, Voronezh, all three Baltic capitals, Kiev, Minsk, Three Caucasian capitals.

I'd like to remember also my old proposal about Central Azia. For this Congress (I mean, for February) we didn't have any GC member or subentra from this area, and in general we could remember very few persons (3-4), who could be good candidate for the GC...
