I agree about the Antonio analysis.

I think that our priority in the next month (I have yet not confirmation about the possibilities to celebrate Congress on 6-9 april) is absolutely the membersheep campaign in the parliaments.

We need to organize a great Congress, end we also need to double number of parliamentaries joined to our party.

About the hypotesis of partuculary mailing, I think that our friends Nikholaj, Mamuka etc. can use the next issue of Transnational to inform russian etc. people about our campaign. Maybe you can change one page of transnational and you can adapt it with some texts about antimilitarism etc...
