OK, I agree with Antonio, that now is better not to invest anything speacial into this anti-militarist campaign abroad of Russia. I mean, the mailing, that we prepare, should be only for Russia. I still would like to propose not to exclude from the mailing list those who joined the party in our "anti-militarist" years: 1990 and especially 1991. By the way they are not so many in comparison with 1992, you know.
The same about personalized mailing to VIPs, mayors, etc.: let's do it only for Russia.
Regarding other states - from Ukraine till Burkina Faso - nevertheless I would like to ask about informing them (and giving possibility to cut and send at least one their signature) by means of Transnational. That's why I continue to ask not about a sort of "Russian special" issue of Transnational, but about including this material into the main and the only edition of the agency. In generally, excuse me, probably I'm wrong, but I am not very in favour of "Russian", "Italian", "Albanian", etc. editions of our agency. Transnational is Transnational, and the transnational party is transnational party, isn't it? Luca, Paolino, what do you think? It's another question, if we count and decide and it is cheaper to enclose letter with petition in the same envelop with Transnational (and making it two times heavier), but not to change the pages!
Antonio, about membership appeal in this first letter. Maybe I wasn't clear enough, but I consider membership reason as one of the main reasons to make this mailing. Very much depend, HOW WE EXPLAIN THERE THE URGENT NECESSETY TO JOIN IN ORDER TO ALLOW US THIS ANTI-MILITARIST CAMPAIGN. I will write a draft of such letter and place here in the conference.
Thus, the new budget for the antimilitarist campaign, taking in consideration all what was expressed in previous interventions by Antonio, Luca and this one, should read as follows (in US $).
