Last evening Maria Ivanjan telephoned me to the office and told, that Luca asked her one month ago to find Russian MPs, who will join RP for 95 in order to invite them to the Congress. Now, she told, she found such a person, Lepekhin, who joined Radical Party and already gave her his passport for italian visa.

Also, she told, she've negotiations with two other MPs (she didn't tell surnames), but before they'll join to the party, she'd like to be sure, that they'll be invited to the congress.

I think, everybody, who's interested, remembers, that Lepekhin was one time on the congress in 92. Then he was in Rome in the conference about drugs in May last year. To join Radical Party he decided just know, next time, I think, he'll join us for thr next congress.

I don't have any personal problem with Maria, more, I don't know personally mr. Lepekhin, but my opinion is, that we need much more on the congress members of Kovalev's group like Rybakov ( even if he isn't member of the party), some other MPs.

I understand very well, that would be very important to have at least one Russian MP, member of RP, but I'm sure on 100%, that this person never will work with us here in Moscow, unlike Rybakov, who made a lot of during our campaigne for ICC, I think, we've to give a chance for new people, new MPs (Nikolaj works now about it), and if somebody joines RP just to visit Rome, I think, is better to forget it.

Well, it's simply my opinion, anyway, we've a time (according Luca and Antonella) until monday morning to make changements in our list of participants.

So, if there is necessity to have Lepekhin on the Congress, please, give us command, we'll do it.

But we've enough other urgent things to do before congress, so I stop here I'll not react any more on this problem.
