It is not possible to call abroad, which is meaningfull, given that that office is supposed to be the headquarters of a transnational political party.

It is not possible even to call out of Rome, i.e. any number beginning with a 0. Such a decision is even more meaningfull, given that the RP is a Transnational rather than a national organization. It is true, on the other hand, that a lot of people use a cellular phone, and you cannot reach them whithout dialing a 0.
