On July 5 in Armenia a referendum about abolition of death penalty is scheduled, at the same day as parliamentary elections in this country. We should determine, if we are going to undertake some actions in this context. And which actions concretely.

Apparently Viktorija Ter-Nikogosjan would like to participate in the referendum campaign, agitating to vote for abolishing. But it seems to me, that results of such a referendum in a post-Soviet country one can tell even before the voting...

So, let's try to understand what to do.
