It is true that from the purely formal viewpoint it can be thought that an ARA statement or the statement given by its Secretary does not involve RP. But we know that it is not fully true.

Nothing but an appeal to prudence, in such a dramatic and delicate moment. Right when we are engaged in reflecting and thinking about how to create the fight, the political fight, the field on which play the match on Bosnia.
