I have the impression that a standpoint affirmed by an organization called ARA involves quite authomatically the RP. May be not in a formal sense, but for sure in a concrete one.On the basis of this, I do not know wether ARA is an organization which is engaged - on the basis of its Statute and of its Motion - in teh initaitives on Bosnia issue.If ARA is an organization engaged on teh issue of Consciencious objection in Russia, or in the antimilitarist siiue in Russia, I do not understand how it can take a position on something else.
ARA is not the Russian part of RP, as we know, and everybody knows. And I think that ARA can be stronger and stronger just if firmly stand in its specificity.
These words are enough.
About the political analisys expresed in your press release about Russia, I think that we should aboid spreading analisys whitout proposing a policy. I would aboid such an habit to become more spread than it is.
