Yesterday I was invited to the Simonovskij Inter-municipal Prosecutor's Office on the case of my appeal to the Prosecutor of Moscow about aggressions undertaken against Sergej Vorontsov (in June) and against me in April this year.

The senior assistant of the Prosecutor, Mrs Svetlana Judina told me that the case about aggression against me was suspended "since I made declaration about absence of any claims to anybody". She demonstrated me a respective declaration written from my name with falsified signature.

After my confirmation that I am not the author of "my" declaration Mrs Judina made the formal protocol about falsification of documents in the criminal case (which should be a matter of some measures against police officers who made such a falsification), as well as a new formal protocol about aggression itself. The personality of aggressor, Mr Vjacheslav Bitjuckij, is identified by police since the beginning.

The next contact with Mrs Svetlana Judina I should establish on Tuesday, September 19 in order to decide, to open formally criminal proceedings against Mr Bitjuckij, or - in case he is ready to compensate material and moral damage - to suspend it.

Meanwhile, the chances to clear the Vorontsov's case are not so optimistic, since the personality of aggressors is not identified.
