As you know the Sixth Committee of the United Nations will begin its works next week (October 30).

On this question, a very important fact happend last week when president Clinton have made strong declarations at the Connecticut's University in favour of the ad hoc tribunals and the institution of the permanent one.

In order to try to make pressure on the various delegations of the U.N. with Marino, we have made this open letter to the Foreign Ministers and the ambassadors to the UN.

The first thing we have to do is to send this letter both to the Foreign Ministers and the Ambassadors.

Could you please send as soon as possible the names of the Foreign Minister of your zone together with the fax and telephon number of the Foreign Ministeries to Paolo ATZORI (P.Atzori) in order to be able as soon as monday or tuesday to send from Brussels the various fax to the Ministers.

The letter to the ambassadors will be sent directly from our office in New York.

Successivly wherever we have connexions inside the Ministery, it would be important to make from the various offices some telephon calls.

On tuesday or wednesday we will send a press release on this issue.
