For what concerns mailing the Tibetan appeal to mayors, governors and heads of districts, I'll post here within today the approximate preventive budget for such a mailing (there are more than 1,500 and therefore a special budget is needed).

For what concerns appeal on Tibetan hungerstrike, we do translate it and fax to all MPa and VIPs whose faxes we have (in order to ease the evening's voice phone calling).

For what concerns enrolement of Mrs Arakchaa (Olga told me, that yoiu asked her to go with Maria Ivanjan to enrole Arakchaa), I must say that of course we (more concretely, Sergej Vorontsov) spoke already with her. She told that the only reason preventing her from enrolement is absence of $20... Now she vent for one week in her Republic of Tuva, after her coming back we renew the attack.
