I would like to mention that here in Moscow / Kiev we still have no possibility to mail the letter to the members signed by the Secretary and Treasurer and dated by November last year, since the requested budget of $ 1,400 (corresponding to the approximately 2,300 addresses) - apparently being approved - is not yet transferred to our Moscow bank account, while a package of Cuban postcards arrived in November from Rome already for a long time is being kept in our big room...

At the same time I would like to draw the attention of it's authors (Olivier Dupuis and Danilo Quinto) that absence in text of letter directed to the members and possible new members any indication to the anti-militarist campaign conducted here in Russia by the Transnational Radical Party together with ARA will surely not help to attract new enrollments in Russian Federation, where - correctly or wrong - people are considering exactly this direction of our activity as the main reason to join Radical Party...

In this context I ask the Secretary and the Treasurer to consider a possibility of including an additional paragraph dedicated to the anti-militarist field of Radical Party's activity at least into the letter's circulation aimed to Russian addresses. Let me please know, what is possible to do.
