I consider as a very interesting one the proposal of Sasha Kostritskiy to organize a sort of seminar or workshop on Tibetan issue in Kyiv, especially taking in consideration that extremely few people here in Ukraine, Russia (apart of three Buddhist republics) and other CIS countries have any imagination about Tibet and its problems. We aren't the West in this sense: there are only 3 Tibet support groups in the whole Russia, and no group yet in Ukraine as well as in any other CIS country.

I hope, Mr Navang Rabgyal, the representative of H.H. the Dalai Lama would agree to take part in such a workshop in case it will be held. I think it is also especially good proposal to do such meeting in Kyiv, since it is a big European country without Tibet support group. Such action could assist to create a group of Tibet friends there.

As usually, there is a problem of financing this action. That's why I think it already could be just great if we'll manage to organize at least an all-Ukrainian meeting on Tibet, since the international (for CIS) meeting would mean very big travelling expenses. Enough to say that one flight ticket from Ulan Ude (capitol of Buryatia, a Buddhist republic on Eastern Siberia) to Kyiv will cost about $200... In any case, it is obviously that the last word here will belong to Danilo.

Anyway, I think, Sasha should keep in touch with Mr Navang Rabgyal. I send him this texts from Agora. I also gave to Sasha his e-mail address.
