Dear friends,

in conference Radical Party, I have insert the text of the appeal to the general secretary of the UN and to the members of the Preparatory Committee, prepared by Gianfranco Dell'Alba.

As you can easily understand, this appeal - if signed by a lot of parlamentarians and VIPs - could be very useful to press the Preparatory Committee to ultimate its works in a satisfactory way (the first session will take place at the end of March and the second one at the end of August) and make easier for the General Assembly to convoque the Plenipotentiary Conference at a raisonnable date.

The collect of the signatures could be, of course, organized together with the collect already on the way on the appeal to Boutros Ghali to receive the Dalai Lama.

If the financial ressources will allow it, we will try to organize a general mailing. In the frametime it's already possible to collect signatures amongst the MPs closest to us.
