translation to? One of them should be Russian, I suppose? If

not, I think you shouldn't be affraid a lot about cost of

translation done in Rome. I think, we could do

translation/editing in Moscow/Kiev. But it's necessary, if we

really want this paper to be read by CIS MPs: Russia, Ukraine,

Moldova, Azerbaijan, Georgia. I doubt, they will translate from

English...
