Actually in Tesoro there are 18 persons that result to have given money to Pr for 1996.Last upgrade was done on 26/01/96 from moscow file with the same date. This is the reason because there is a zero in month column of the table.
Tesseramento has to process TWO files from russia, dated 16/02/96 and 21/02/96.
Tesseramento had no time to process it because we have to insert the new moldavia, ucraina and russia parliament members (about 1000 persons, necessary for the Stango's newletter mailing).
After this job Tesseramento will process two files above.
