Since I didn't get any answer to the question asked by me several days ago, I repeat it here in the Conference.

Already two times - in April and May - we have gotten the budget with only half of salaries provided for Moscow office. It was written in the April budget that second part of salaries "will be sent later", while in the budget for May no indication about the fate of the rest money could be found.

I repeat ones more: we realize perfectly the grave financial situation of the party. Therefore, our problem now is not to ask more money. It is merel y the problem of communication between us and problem of correctness of the relations. The only thing we would like to know is: either really "the second part" will be payt later (if yes - when, at least approximately?), or our salaries here simply were unilaterally reduced and we should search how to get some money for life being involved in party's activity as militants?

I doubt, this question is something too much. We would like only to know, in what situation we are. I hope, we could be open and honest between us.
