DEPARTMENT OF INFORMATION AND INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS

This is to reconfirm that except for those delegates whose air tickets have been agreed to be sponsored by the organizers, all other delegates need to pay their own travel expenses to Bonn and back to their country. During the conference, from 14th evening to the morning of 17 June, accommodation and food expenses will be borne by Friedrich-Naumann Foundation.

For the benefit of those delegates whose flight schedule do not permit them to leave on the 17th evening, FNF has reserved 90 singly rooms with breakfast only. If there are more than 90 delegates who require to stay on in the 17th evening, only the first 90 delegates who have informed the organizers will be allotted the rooms.
