I hope I find you in the best of health. As you by now hopefully know, we have started a petition to fax Mandela's office regarding the meeting between himself and HH the Dalai Lama.
HH will be visiting South Africa for the first time between 19th and 24th of this month. We need push from the outside world that Mandela meet with, discuss and help HH however he can. You represent a good office. We have already contacted the larger TSG networks on the web, and the 'window' for the fax period is between the 15th and 18th of this month. However, I just spoke with Foreign Affairs and they said it should be earlier, to make a greater impact.
I propose you get all right-thinking parliamentarians in the UE to begin sending faxes A.S.A.P, nevermind the window.
