(about the last mail of Nikolai Khramov)
After joking on "4 stuff members" (it.robaccia, scarti, paccottiglia)
of the TRP's Moscow Office, I would point out that fundamentally, Khramov has a good grounds for asking clarity from the Party's Treasury.
Waiting for a response for five months is a demonstration of a strong, reasonable, and enduring perseverance by Moscow's staff.
Everyone of as has known perfectly the hopeless task of who has to manage the party's financial situation. But this cannot consent to anyone the ceasing of strict respect of some rules; the same rules that the Treasury gave it self. Indeed, when the situation is desperate, difficult, and hard, there is need of serious following of the most rudimentary rules.
Having said this, I feel that we should think how, when, and where
we should start a process for restoring rules in the party's life.
