I am sorry if I am using the wrong language but I thought english was easiest.

My name is mario lap and I maintain an internet project called drugtext for the foundation on drug policy and human rights

Drugtext has a domain in new york http://www.drugtext.org/ but more importantly we have achieved full internet provider status overhere in the netherlands and now have the domain http://www.drugtext.nl

I believe it is very important for both drugtext and the IAL to have your documents on the world wide web where everybody can reach them and am willing to provide web space and other necessary internet facilities to achieve this.

I could start by making a http://www.drugtext.nl/IAL directory
