Appeal To the United Nations To Set Up An Inernational Criminal Court of Justice To Try Criminals Of War Crimes And Against Humanity.

I refer to your letter dated 19th September 1996 which I had just received. As Deputy Secretary -General of the Democratic Action Party, the largest Parliamentary opposition party in Malaysia, I enclose herewith my party's full support and the signatures of all 8 Members of Parliament. Amongst the noted signatories are Mr Lim Kit Siang the Malaysian Parliamentary Opposition Leader and noted human right lawyer Mr Kairpal Singh.
