Thank you for your letter of 17 October, enclosing one from Mr Quinto and Mr Dupuis regarding the establishment of an International Criminal Court.

Mr Quinto and Mr Dupuis have already written direct to the Prime Minister, myself and other Ministerial colleagues. Sir Nicholas Bonsor, the Minister responsible for International Organisations, has answered on the Government's behalf. I enclose a copy of his reply.
