Congratulations ! We are indeed very pleased to know that the E.U has kindly reintroduced the budgetline for 1997 and we are told that Ecu. 2.6 million is the preliminary indicative budget.

In this connection, we are already in the process of framing projects.

Meanwhile please let us know about the outcome of the amendments that you had proposed and how the budget of 2.6 million is to be allocated (areawise).
