The Office of Tibet in New York would find it most useful to have any further information you could provide on this matter. Are there confirmed reports that the VOT jamming has stopped or been circumvented, and that Tibetans within Tibet are able to receive the broadcast.
This is the first we have heard so, as we have not had any direct contact with Worldview, International in recent weeks and there have been no statements to that effect circulated on the internet newletters.
