in the next file, you can find the text of an appeal for the radio "Voice of Tibet".

As you probably know, a project was deposed to the European Commission in order to get a financial support. For reasons we are still trying to understand, the decision was postponed. There is a real risk that the possibility to get this financial support from the European Commission will vanish.

Therefore, it's very important and urgent to organize an international campaign able to "convinze" the responsables of the Commission about the importance of the project.

At this stage of the operation, we have to collect signatures from as many as we can Tibet Support Groups and Tibetan Communities, begining with the ones who are closest to us, contacting them personnally and without doing any "publicity" about this initiative.

I suggest that everybody contacts the Tibet Support Groups from its own area and put in this conference the signatures collected. If somebody have doubts about the opportunity to contact one or another group, please let me know about it.

If we could collect around fifty signatures before the begining of next year, it would be the best.
