This is Thubten [Sam] Samdup. I am the national president of the Canada Tibet Committee and the list owner of WTN-L, TIBET-L and TSG-L lists. As I have explained to Alberto in one of my messages which I have appended below, we cannot always include your news bulletins in the WTN issue. WTN is strictly for the news articles we gather from different parts of the world and dissiminated to our readership worldwide. However, I believe it is very important that your bulletins are distributed in the Tibet Support Group list which includes most of the TSGs and the Tibetan communities and ofcourse Dharamsla. I am going to post this one on the TSG list. In future, you can send your bulletins to the following 2 addresses and we will be more than happy to post it for you. You can even post it yourself if you wish. I can add you to the list since this TSG list is a closed list. We only allow members of the Tibet Support Groups and Tibetan communities.

It was nice talking to you this morning. As I suggested, in future, if you send your news bulletins to the editors of WTN at and request to have it posted on the Tibet Support Group list. It will be read by all TSGs who are on the internet and by the Tibetan communities. We will be more than happy to do it for you. Unfortunately, most of the time, we are not able to include your bulletins in WTN issues.
