in conference Radical Party (text nr 11933) you can find a list of all the countries member of the Council of Europe and their relative situation concerning deat penalty.

Because we are preparing a document for the European Parliament, it's very very important to have the exact situation. Could you please (especially who is leaving in central and eastern Europe) to check the informations about its own country and/or about the countries he knows well...

And then put the informations, corrections in this conference.
