Dear friends from Tesseramento,

We don't understand what is happening in Tesseramento with Russian membership for 1997. There is an always growing amount of members '97, while in reality we just changed data base for the next year only the day before yesterday and in fact no one person is yet registered in Moscow "periphery" as member of 1997!

Really, still some fees for 1996 are arriving and we register them as membership 1996 (a "6" in ISCR field, a "M" in ROME field in the files we send you).

The members of 1997 will be marked by a "7" in ISCR field and - still - an "M" in ROME field.

I think, friends, we have big technical problems among us...
